This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for canceling your OptiStack Pro subscription and requesting refunds. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your OptiStack Pro subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account and navigating to Settings → Billing
- Clicking "Cancel Subscription" and following the prompts
- Alternatively, contacting our support team at info@maxwellslitters.com
1.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have full access to OptiStack Pro features until that date
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to limited/trial access
- Your data will be retained and available if you choose to resubscribe
1.3 Reactivation
If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription at any time by upgrading from your account settings. Your data and configurations will still be available.
2. Free Trial
2.1 Trial Terms
OptiStack Pro offers a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial period:
- You have full access to all OptiStack Pro features
- No payment method is required to start the trial
- The trial is free with no obligation to continue
2.2 After the Trial
At the end of your free trial:
- If you upgrade to a paid plan, billing will begin immediately upon upgrade
- If you do not upgrade, your access to premium features will be restricted
- Your data will be retained, allowing you to upgrade later
- No automatic charges will occur – you must actively choose to subscribe
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our service and immediate access provided upon payment:
- Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription
- Yearly Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for partial years after the first 7 days
3.2 Exceptions – When Refunds May Be Granted
We may consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payments: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge(s) in full
- Technical Issues: If a significant technical issue prevented you from using the Service for an extended period and we were unable to resolve it
- Yearly Plan – 7-Day Window: For yearly subscriptions, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription if you are unsatisfied with the Service
- Unauthorized Charges: If a charge was made without your authorization
3.3 Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email address
- Provide the transaction ID or payment date
- Explain the reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
3.4 Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider
- Credit card refunds may take 5–7 additional business days to reflect on your statement
- UPI and net banking refunds typically process within 3–5 business days
4. Pricing and Plan Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing or subscription plans. If we make changes that affect your current subscription:
- We will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect
- Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate until their next renewal
- You may choose to cancel before the new pricing takes effect
5. Account Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms & Conditions. In such cases:
- No refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period
- You will be notified of the termination and the reason
